Saved boards and their snapshots are deleted six months after they were last opened or changed. Open a board to renew that period, or export a copy before it ends.

Your board identity

Your user ID is public. The access key is private, and the ID alone cannot open your boards. There is no recovery service, so keep a copy of both.
